Reporting to the Head of Basketball Performance (HOBP), the NBL1 Men’s Head Coach is responsible for leading the Bendigo Braves men’s program on court, building a strong and enjoyable team environment, developing players, and upholding the professional standards expected of a flagship program representing Bendigo Stadium Limited (BSL).
The role focuses on game performance, player development, culture, collaboration, and alignment with the club’s long-term growth strategy.

Chef
Reporting to the Head Chef the role of the Chef will perform cooking duties as a Commis Chef or equivalent, having completed an apprenticeship or passed the appropriate trade test, and engaged in cooking baking, pastry baking or butchering duties.

Senior Bistro Supervisor
The Senior Bistro Supervisor (Food and Beverage) plays a key leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high quality hospitality experiences across Red Energy Arena. This position oversees day-to-day food and beverage operations, supervises staff, and supports the Head Chef and Bar & Gaming Manager in achieving service excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role contributes to creating a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for patrons, staff, and stakeholders.
