Corporate Services Administration/Reception Officer
We’re seeking a Corporate Services Administration/Reception Officer, the first point of contact for our business. This role involves greeting visitors at our reception desk, personally welcoming them to our venue, and directing calls to the appropriate teams. You’ll also provide administrative support to the Corporate Services Manager and assist in coordinating various projects, ensuring the efficient operation of our Corporate Services team.

Non-Executive Board Director – Bendigo Stadium Limited
To compliment the Board’s Skill Matrix, BSL is currently seeking one or potentially two non-executive board members with strong experience and qualifications in financial stewardship and/or hospitality and venue management. Board members are heavily involved in sound governance and decision-making that guide the future of the company and its venues. Board members are expected to be commercially focused but to also have community well-being and public accessibility at heart.

Remuneration: Director fees apply
Commitment: Part-time, monthly board meetings and committee involvement

Courtesy Bus Driver and F&B Attendant
As our Courtesy Bus Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting our members and guests home in our courtesy bus, all while acting as a friendly ambassador of our brand. You’ll provide prompt, welcoming service to our local community. When not driving, you’ll pitch in with the team, lending a hand to our bar and restaurant staff as needed.
This is a casual position and will require work shifts across Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
