Bendigo Stadium Limited (BSL) manages and operates Red Energy Arena, the Borough Club, and St Arnaud Sporting Club. Non-Executive Board Director – Bendigo Stadium Limited

To compliment the Board’s Skill Matrix, BSL is currently seeking one or potentially two non-executive board members with strong experience and qualifications in financial stewardship and/or hospitality and venue management. Board members are heavily involved in sound governance and decision-making that guide the future of the company and its venues. Board members are expected to be commercially focused but to also have community well-being and public accessibility at heart.

Remuneration: Director fees apply
Commitment: Part-time, monthly board meetings and committee involvement

Courtesy Bus Driver and F&B Attendant

As our Courtesy Bus Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting our members and guests home in our courtesy bus, all while acting as a friendly ambassador of our brand. You’ll provide prompt, welcoming service to our local community. When not driving, you’ll pitch in with the team, lending a hand to our bar and restaurant staff as needed.

This is a casual position and will require work shifts across Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

Venue Manager – St Arnaud Sporting Club

We have an exciting opportunity available for the right candidate.

An attractive salary package ($112,600) is on offer, which includes rental of a 3 bedroom home.

Reporting to the Clubs Manager, the Venue Manager will lead a team in delivering outstanding experiences:

Key result areas include:

• Provision of excellent customer service to deliver world class experiences every time
• Leading and developing a team of staff to deliver on key result areas
• Embedding an inclusive people culture of engagement, development, innovation and integrity
• Living the organisational values and behaviours, and embedding them within the team
• Financial performance of beverage and gaming departments, including wages
• Budgetary skills; preparation, interpretation and implementation
• A sound understanding of the Victorian gaming industry
