Red Energy Arena and McDonald’s have signed a two-year major partnership agreement.

The partnership will see McDonald’s come on board as a major basketball sponsor at Red Energy Arena.

From 2023, McDonald’s will sponsor the Youth League Bendigo Braves Program and the Bendigo Junior Classic.

Ben Duncan, who is the McDonald’s licensee at Bendigo, Strath Village, Kangaroo Flat, Epsom and California Gully will work closely with the Red Energy Arena partnerships team to find ways to greater support the local sporting community and further develop pathways for young people.

“This is an important partnership because it allows for expansion of our basketball pathways and further training opportunities for young people,” Georgia Rogers, Commercial Partnerships Officer at Red Energy Arena said.

“This kind of financial business support will assist our junior pathways for the future and aspiring athletes in Bendigo.”

The McDonald’s Youth League Bendigo Braves Program and the McDonald’s Bendigo Junior Classic will commence from January 2023.
